Intelligent Calling-Pro realizes an authority between callers and called persons with different functions (two of them in parallel per server).

Intelligent Calling
Function 1: DAKS calls participants / groups admitted by a whitelist with special features (e.g. "forced disconnection"). All participants who are not admitted by the whitelist will be called as usual.
Function 2: Usually an announcement is played to callers (of a hotline) before a call is connected (e.g. recording notification). For subscribers listed in a whitelist, this announcement is suppressed.
Function 3: Same as Function 2, but here the info message is suppressed for the persons that are called by the hotline, and not for those who call the hotline.
